Location
Our next destination is set in the heart of a Cretan olive grove overlooking breathtaking views of the hills at an architect’s house with all-modern finishes. It’s conveniently located just 25 minutes from Heraklion airport and within a few kms of multiple beach fronts. Each bedroom features an en-suite and direct outdoor access to a balcony or terrace.
With two large pools, plenty of lounge space, an outdoor shower, pool bar and separate outdoor eating area, it’s the perfect setting for a week in the Mediterranean sun and boast multiple areas to host our fitness and wellness sessions. We’ll also have an outdoor gym setup and recovery station along with a yoga, meditation and soundbath space, plus a cold plunge pool.
the Retreat
Every retreat is a unique experience and tailored to the participants and location, which is why many participants come back each year. From a pre-trip meet-up, to tailor-made training sessions and one-on-one coaching advice, you’ll experience a lasting impact on both your physical and mental health long after you leave.
At this year’s retreat in Crete, Oliver will bring his expertise in fitness and well-being for a week of integrative programming that goes beyond his signature conditioning and strength training to include the equally important elements of restoration (think daily guided breathwork, stretch and mobility sessions and meditation) and recovery (think cold-water immersion, massages and custom plant-based meals).
We'll also be bringing in local coaches to give guests the opportunity to experience even more activities with other trained professionals:
Maria Jasiczek will guide us in a full moon Cacao ceremony our first evening
Konstantinos Tournas will teach a vinyasa and an ashtanga yoga class
Manolis Zografakis will lead us in a group sound bath session
Whilst every retreat varies depending on your individual goals and needs, they all follow the same perfectly planned structure to ensure you get the most out of your week.
