La Vaure's facilities range from a stunning yoga studio and a strength barn to a large outdoor swimming pool and a games room, providing a variety of activities to engage your body and mind, as well as several quiet spots ideal for meditation or reading.

Every retreat is a unique experience and tailored to the location and our guests, which is why so many come back each year. From a pre-trip meet-up, to tailor-made training sessions and one-on-one coaching advice, you’ll experience a lasting impact on both your physical and mental health long after you leave.
At this year’s retreat in Bordeaux, Oliver will partner with the brilliant Amy Chilver to bring together integrative strength and conditioning programming with the restoration of yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound baths.
Whilst every retreat varies depending on your individual goals and needs, they all follow the same perfectly planned structure to ensure you get the most out of your week.
